We are actively accepting sponsorships right now, and we accept sponsorships at any time during the year. However, in order meet printing deadlines for banners, schedules, and related materials for the most current event, anyone wanting to sponsor must commit no later than 60 days prior to the start of the event. Please remember, sponsorships must be paid for at the time of commitment.

Banner sizes: Banners that hang at indoor locations may not exceed 4 feet (height) by 10 feet (width). Banners hanging elsewhere may be tailored to those locations, with level of sponsorship taken into consideration. Because of our unique venue, the MPR maintains flexibility in making banners for each sponsorship in accordance with the designated level (this is what we prefer) or hanging banners brought by sponsors and agreed upon by MPR event management staff.
