Exhibitors may not reassign, sublet, or allow other companies to use the whole or part of the space unless pre-approved by the show manager. Exhibitors may not display or advertise any goods or services not manufactured, distributed, or otherwise provided by the exhibiting company during the normal course of business.
All displays, booth demonstrations, activities, etc., must be contained within the reserved booth space. Exhibitors interested in demonstrating technology/products and needing demonstration space other than the designated booth space, must contact us to make demonstration arrangements in advance.
Exhibitors must not impede traffic through the aisles.
Only those companies exhibiting with the Mock Prison Riot can promote their products or services only in their assigned space. Mock Prison Riot policy restricts representatives or organizations that have not been assigned an official exhibit booth space from soliciting business and from distributing promotional materials of any type within the Exhibit Hall area or any other areas. Those doing so will be asked to leave.
The use of audio-visual or other special effects equipment may not obstruct or otherwise interfere with adjacent booths.
Weapons and Explosives
All weapons displayed in the Exhibit Hall must be rendered inoperable. All weapons will be inspected and rendered inoperable by a designated safety officer prior to the opening of the Exhibit Hall. Live explosives of any type, which include but are not limited to, pyrotechnically or compressed gas detonated ammunition, smoke grenades, or other devices, are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall under any circumstances. All exhibitor booths and materials will be inspected by a safety officer prior to the opening of the show each day. Any vehicles on display during the Mock Prison Riot will be inspected for prohibited items by a safety officer on a daily basis. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in immediate dismissal from the event and participation in future events will not be permitted. Exhibitors and workshop instructors are expected to comply with these regulations and our safety officers' enforcement of them to ensure a positive and safe environment for all attendees.
Technology Demonstrations
Exhibitors wishing to demonstrate their technologies during the Mock Prison Riot must make every effort to schedule such activities in advance with the Mock Prison Riot staff. The Mock Prison Riot staff realizes that opportunities may arise for demonstrations which were not anticipated. Technology demonstrations not scheduled in advance still must be coordinated and approved on-site with the lead safety officer prior to execution. There are no exceptions to this regulation. For scheduled and non-scheduled demonstrations: all technologies, related items, and deployment terms must be reviewed and approved by a safety officer prior to execution. The safety officer reserves the right to deny any demonstrations deemed unsafe and/or to deny deployment of any items previously designated as prohibited for this event. Occasionally, there are demonstrations which require the use of live ammunition/explosives/chemical agents. Technology demonstrations which require the use of live ammunition/explosives/chemical agents are scheduled in advance with Mock Prison Riot staff and are executed under highly controlled conditions. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in immediate dismissal from the event and participation in future events will not be permitted.
Exhibitor Workshops
Exhibitors conducting workshops on-site are prohibited from using live explosives of any type, which include but are not limited to pyrotechnically discharged ammunition, smoke grenades, and chemical munitions and agents, unless prior approval is granted by the Mock Prison Riot safety and subject matter expert. Occasionally, there are workshops which require the use of live ammunition/explosives/chemical agents. Certification workshops which require the use of live ammunition/explosives/chemical agents are scheduled in advance with Mock Prison Riot staff and are generally executed off-site in a secure environment; however, off-site locations are not always available. Any workshop instructor who deploys live explosives or chemical agents on site, to include the indoor firing range, without prior approval, will be dismissed from the event and will not be permitted to attend future events. All workshop materials will be inspected by a safety officer prior to the start of the workshop.

The show manager respectfully requests the full cooperation of Exhibitors in complying with these requirements. All points not covered are subject to the decision of the Mock Prison Riot staff and designated safety officer.
